General Eligibility

Contours Spa-Lon offers free returns for all items damaged during shipping, across all brands and categories.

Returns may also be accepted if:

  • The product was purchased directly from Contours Spa-Lon (online or in-store)
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

 

Return Shipping Costs

Contours Spa-Lon covers return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in brand-specific exceptions.

 

Dermalogica Exception

Dermalogica items are eligible for free returns within 30 calendar days from the purchase date, even if opened or used, as long as the return is processed through Dermalogica’s official portal.

Contours Spa-Lon reserves the right to inspect returned items before approval. Used, opened, or damaged items (excluding shipping damage or Dermalogica exceptions) are not eligible.

 

Buyer’s Remorse

Contours Spa-Lon does not offer free returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., if a customer simply doesn’t like the product), unless the item qualifies under the general eligibility terms above.

 

Dermalogica Exception

Customers may return Dermalogica items within 30 calendar days from the purchase date, even if opened or used, regardless of reason.

 

Free Returns for Damaged Items

Contours Spa-Lon offers free returns for all items damaged during shipping, regardless of brand or category.

  • Damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Include photos and order number

  • If verified, a refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost

 

Dermalogica Products

  • Eligible for free returns, including opened or used items
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the purchase date
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • All returns must be processed through Dermalogica’s portal: dermalogica.loopreturns.com

Bio-Therapeutic Products

Returns must follow Bio-Therapeutic’s official policy:

  • Initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery
  • Only unopened items in original packaging are eligible
  • 20% restocking and recertification fee applies
  • Refunds may take 3–6 weeks
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible
  • Must include invoice and completed return form

Bio-Therapeutic Warranty Coverage

Covered devices:

  • BT-SONIC
  • BT-SCULPT
  • BT-MICRO FUSION
  • BT-sculpt PRO
  • BT-sculpt GEN2

Warranty Duration: 1 year from purchase

Coverage: Defects in materials/workmanship under normal use

Exclusions: Misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, wear and tear, non-Bio-Therapeutic accessories

Milk_Shake® Products

  • All Milk_Shake® product sales are final and non-returnable
  • Free returns are accepted if the item arrives damaged due to shipping or if the wrong item was purchased
  • In both cases, Contours Spa-Lon will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund once the item is received
  • Customers must place a new order separately after the return is processed
  • Damage or incorrect purchase must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Include photos and order number

  • Claims may take 10–15 days to resolve
  • We currently ship to the following U.S. states only:
    • California (CA)
    • Arizona (AZ)
    • Nevada (NV)
    • Oregon (OR)
    • Washington (WA)
    • Idaho (ID)
    • New Mexico (NM)
  • A flat shipping fee of $15.50 USD applies to all orders, regardless of destination within these states.
  • Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.
  • To uphold brand integrity and ensure fair access to our products, we limit purchases to two units per item per order.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare, haircare, or nail products (except Dermalogica)
  • Customized formulations or curated kits
  • Gift cards, promotional bundles, or discounted items
  • Services rendered (e.g., treatments, consultations, appointments)

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 10 business days
  • May be subject to a restocking fee up to 15%, at Contours’ discretion
  • Contours Spa-Lon reserves the right to deny refund requests deemed fraudulent or abusive

 

Exchanges

Contours Spa-Lon does not offer direct exchanges. Clients must initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Service Cancellations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
  • Contours may modify or cancel services due to practitioner availability, safety, or clinical contraindications

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • If the error is on our part:
    We will cover all return shipping costs and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional charge. Once the items have been returned and inspected.
  • If the error is not on our part (e.g., incorrect item ordered by the customer):
    The customer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cochise County, unless otherwise required by law.
