Eligibility

Contours Spa-Lon services are available to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive clinical aesthetic treatments.
• Minors may receive nails, hair, or select skincare services only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• All minors must be accompanied for the full duration of their appointment.
• Certain treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions or contraindications.
• We reserve the right to decline or modify services to ensure safety and efficacy.
• Contours Spa-Lon is not a wholesaler. Product sales are for personal use only, and quantity limits apply.
• All product sales are final. Returns or warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
• By using our services, you affirm compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and consultation.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling.
• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
• Deposits may be required and are non-refundable within the cancellation window.
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• To modify or cancel, contact us directly—availability is not guaranteed.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and staff:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

Payments & Pricing

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay (in-store and online).
• Google Pay is available online only.
• All online payments are securely processed via Stripe.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Taxes, surcharges, or gratuities may apply.
• Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours or for no-shows.
• All product sales are final. Returns must be handled with the manufacturer.

Privacy & Data Use

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, protocols, and materials presented on the Contours Spa-Lon website, storefront, and within our service environment—including but not limited to logos, service names, product descriptions, treatment protocols, educational materials, images, and written content—are the exclusive property of Contours Spa-Lon or its licensed partners.

• All clients must check in at the front desk and remain in the waiting area until escorted by a practitioner.

• Violations may result in restricted access or legal action.
